Website and Server Logs
When accessing this website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested resource) is processed in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Demo Requests
When you submit our demo inquiry form, we process name, firm name, email address, and your message to respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or lit. (f) GDPR. Data is never shared with third parties for commercial advertising and is stored only as long as necessary to process your request.
Storage and Hosting
The platform is hosted on dedicated servers within the European Union. System access is strictly restricted to essential infrastructure operations and platform administration.
Local Storage
Technical client settings (such as chosen interface language) may be stored in browser local storage. This is technically necessary for presentation under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
